A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on November 13, 2012, and a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on June 7, 2010, respectively.

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On January 13, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.106% without a driver’s license on January 13, 2015, while driving the said car, and driving the three-lanes in front of the Gyeonggicheon-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Sacheon-gun, along three-lanes in front of the Gyeonggi-do Sacheon-do Sacheon-do, the Defendant left the left on the back side.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the defendant neglected to turn to the left and went to the right side of the passenger car of the defendant, who is driving the victim C(Y, 46 years old) driving on the right side of the motor vehicle of the victim C(W, 46 years old) driving at the ebbbbbbb.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, a spawal spawal in need of treatment for approximately two weeks to the above C, a spawal spawal spawal in need of treatment for about two weeks to the victim E (V, 54 years old), and a spawal spawal in need of treatment for about two weeks to the victim F (V, 59 years old).

2. The Defendant, without a driver’s license for the said temporary border, is under the influence of alcohol content of 0.106%, at approximately 15 km away from the Dogcheon-si Dogcheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do Dogcheon-gun to the roads front of the Dogdog-do.
