A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2015, at around 03:30 on the road located in Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Ansan-do, where the Defendant Da et al. (23 years of age) was drinking, the Defendant suffered bodily injury, such as cutting off the body of the visual floor that requires treatment for about 56 days, considering that he et al. were frighted with the said victim while drinking alcohol, the Defendant continued to take the face of the victim.
