If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2007, the Defendant has been punished for a fine of two million won by a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on February 21, 2007, and a fine of two million won by the same court on September 19, 201.

Although the Defendant was punished twice or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act as above, on August 19, 2014, at around 01:18, the Defendant driven a vehicle B, with B, from a parking lot for a place around the Busan Jin-gu Office located in Busan Jin-gu, to the front of the Busan Jin-gu 1 Public Security Center, at approximately 300 meters away from the parking lot for a place around the Busan Jin-gu, Busan Pak-gu, to the front of the Busan Jin-gu 1 Public Security Center.
