Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

On April 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Changwon District Court’s branch on April 28, 2010, and a person who was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court’s branch on June 16, 2014 and was punished for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) more than twice.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without a driver's license on March 1, 2015, driven approximately 10 meters from 0.091% of alcohol level without a driver's license on March 1, 2015, to 10 meters from the ambaste in Busan-dong, Busan-dong to the ambasia 1 Public Security Center located in the same Gu-dong.
