Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2015, around 08:40 on December 3, 2015, the Defendant, even though there is no reason in the C1 line located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, had the face of the service personnel D belonging to the Seoul Meart, a railroad worker who helps the Defendant under the influence of alcohol, 3 to 4 times.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault.
