A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by means of violence or intimidation.

At around 00:20 on July 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) on the platform of the 1st line C Station located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) on the 1st line (00:20 on July 28, 2019, the Defendant shouldered the Defendant, who is a railroad worker, who d (23 years of age), d (23 years of age), dumped the victim’s neck by hand; (c) sealed the victim into screen fishing and wall; and (d) dump with the left hand floor of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant committed an injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in the front part of the light that requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and at the same time interfered with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault.
