The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 29, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim D’s face face and breath from the victim D during the 2nd floor of the funeral hall of the C Hospital in the Macheon City B, 2020. On February 29, 2020, the Defendant used assaulting the victim D’s left hand hand, flapsing with flaps, etc.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On December 4, 2020, after the prosecution, the victim appeared in this court as a witness, and clearly stated that he does not wish to punish the defendant.
