Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(the age of 19) have been in the same apartment, and the next floor, due to the assault case that had been living in the adjoining area for three years, there has been no good appraisal.

At around 16:50 on November 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 109-dong C Building 109, the Defendant her face from the front corridor of the first floor elevator of the 1st floor of the building; (b) her flick; (c) her flick; and (d) her flickly flicked the victim’s head head part; and (d) her flickly flicked the flick and flick part of the victim’s head part, and her flicked the flick with her hand.
