A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant involved in the crime B is a person who operates a mutual general restaurant in the name of “B” in C and the first floor at the time of interest.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, from June 1, 2018 to December 26, 2018 of the same year, the Defendant prepared and sold to many unspecified persons a total of KRW 206,758,200 in the market price as indicated in the attached Table I by mixing part of the U.S. small and medium machine 4,517 km purchased from D from the above location with the domestic climb, and by cooking and selling it in the same way as indicated in the attached Table I, and indicated “domestic climb,” which was attached on the wall of the above restaurant, as “domestic climb,” and indicated the “Korea climb,” which was sold by mixing the U.S. small and medium machine on the wall of the above restaurant with the domestic climb, as seen above. However, despite the fact that the Defendant sold it by mixing the U.S. small and medium climb, the Defendant indicated the indication of origin posted on the above restaurant as “small and foreign climb,” and “non-U.S.”

As a result, the Defendant made a false indication of origin or made an indication that may cause confusion.

2. The E-related criminal defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with the trade name “E” on the first floor of the F building at the time of Sinstituing.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.
