Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not make a false indication of the place of origin (including the kinds of dead meat) or make a false indication likely to cause confusion as to such products.

From March 2015 to January 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) prepared and sold the milch 746.2kg of domestic milch milch c, which was operated by the Defendant from March 2015 to January 27, 2016; (b) entered the “domestic cmil c” on the outside bulletin board of the business place; and (c) entered the country of origin in a false “domestic cmil c” bulletin board of the business place.
