Defendant

A and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000 (three million), and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00 (O million).

Punishment of the crime

No person may transfer or acquire the means of access in using and managing the means of access.

1. Upon receipt of a request from Defendant A to create a passbook, on October 15, 2014, Defendant A transferred the means of access, such as a physical card, password, etc. associated with the Defendant’s name bank account (Account Number G), to D at the “F” coffee shop located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu.

2. Upon receipt of a request from Defendant B to create a passbook, the Defendant transferred the means of access, such as the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number H) under the name of the Defendant, and the physical card, password, etc. connected thereto, to D on November 5, 2013, in front of the Southern-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Agricultural Cooperative located in 312-10, Nam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.

3. Defendant C

A. On July 23, 2013, upon receiving a request from D to create a passbook, the Defendant transferred the means of access, such as a physical card, password, etc. associated with the account under the name of the Defendant at D’s office located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju, to D on July 23, 2013.

B. On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a request from D to create a passbook; (b) transferred the means of access, such as the Defendant’s bank account under the name of the Defendant (Account Number K) and the physical card, password, etc. related thereto, from D’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju police officer among August 2013.

C. On September 2013, the Defendant received a request from D to create a passbook. On September 2013, the Defendant transferred the means of access, such as a personal bank account in the name of the Defendant (Account Number L) and a physical card, password, etc. related thereto, to D in front of the National Bank in the front of the Monsan-gu National Bank in the front of the Bonsan-gu, 2013.

On October 19, 2013, upon receiving a request from D to create a passbook, the Defendant transferred the means of access, such as physical cards, passwords, etc. associated with the account of community credit cooperatives (Account Number M) under the name of the Defendant, to D at the house of the Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City I building D on October 19, 2013.
