1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2. However, as to the Defendants, this case is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a ship that entered the Republic of Korea from the Chinese Peninsula on June 21, 2015 through Incheon Airport, and Defendant B is a ship operator who operated the "E travel agency and exchange station" in Asan City as a ship operator from Asan City's shipbuilding unit that acquired Korean nationality around December 2014.

1. In using and managing the means of electronic financial transactions, no person may transfer or acquire the means of access unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act;

A. On October 25, 2013, upon receipt of a request from F, a punishment father, to request the opening of a passbook, the Defendant opened a passbook (Account Number G) at the ASEAN branch located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and transferred the means of access to the Internet banking ID and password, and security cards (OTP card) connected to the said account by drying the Internet banking ID and password connected to the said account.

B. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the E Tour Office located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) opened a passbook (Account No. 1) at the point of the ASEAN-si, ASEAN-si, the Defendant transferred the means of access to the electronic financial transaction by drying up the cash card and password connected to the said account.

2. In using and managing the means of electronic financial transactions, no person may transfer or acquire the means of access unless otherwise specifically provided for in any other Act;

A. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested A to open a passbook at the E Tour Office located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) obtained the means of access to electronic financial transactions by putting the cash card and password connected to the Agricultural Bank passbook (Account Number I) from A.

B. Around April 2015, the Defendant requested the J, a branch of the G, to “W, opening a passbook with a large amount of taxes for returning the entire business,” and around that time, the Defendant issued a physical card (L) connected from J to the passbook in the name of J (Account Number K) and M bank.
