Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2013, at around 01:11, the Defendant: (a) was a victim C, who was aboard the bus B driven by the Defendant, was seated immediately on the rear side of the bus, and (b) was lost on the side by leaving the bus stop at around 01:38 on the same day; (c) 450,000 won of cash, identification card, driver’s license, body card, and security card, and did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the card to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
