A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of 10,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has operated a kimchi retail business under the trade name of “F” in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongbuk-si.

1. No person shall make a false indication of origin or make a false indication of origin that may cause confusion as to the origin;
