Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, he shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the general affairs division of C (hereinafter referred to as “B”) D Association E E branch offices.

On November 12, 2015, the Director General of the Organization B submitted to the Commissioner General of the Seoul Regional Police Agency a report on the outdoor assembly(s) of the “G Games and H Games Ha,” and the date and time of the demonstration was “Seoul Regional Police Agency 16:0 to 20:00 on November 14, 2015,” “Seoul Squ-Madro-Madro-Seoul Government Office-Seoul Magyeong-Madro-Madro-Cheongdo Office (the overall delivery use),” the method and course of the demonstration “16: (a) the starting point of the 16: (b) the arrival and completion of the demonstration; (c) the delivery of the letter at the 18:20 minutes delegation, the Cheong and the public service center; and (d) the course of the demonstration as “Seoul Squ-Seoul Squ-Seoul - Magyeong-Seoul National Assembly building-Seoul Cheongpy-Seoul Cheongwon-Seoul Ropy-Sung-Sung Ro-S-sok, compliance with the public service center.”

In short, it was reported to the effect that only India will lawfully hold an assembly and stage a demonstration(s) by using only India to prevent traffic interference.

On November 14, 2015, 30,000 members, such as B construction labor unions and B metal labor union members around 15:08, around 30,00, were occupied by three lanes, and they were stopped by the police while holding a prior assembly of the H competition and trying to enter the third-class street room, while trying to enter the third-class street room.

Defendant participated in the above H Games.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as well as those in the above several hundreds, left the wire ropes, and the above police bus in conflict with other police buses parked front and rear, and damaged the repair cost to the extent of KRW 13,021,074.

Accordingly, the defendant is accompanied by the demonstration team in the name of several times.
