A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant taken photographs of another person’s body against his will, using a camera or other devices with similar functions, which may cause sexual humiliation or humiliation, over 14 times as follows:

1. 3. On September 4, 2014, at around 20:26, and around 20:39, the Defendant: (a) taken a photograph of the victim D, who is a crew member of the KE1615 Aircraft of the Republic of Korea, who provides drinks to passengers on board the Ulsan Airport; (b) taken a cell phone camera that was found in possession of the Defendant’s cell phone at the bottom of the body of the victim.

4. On September 8, 2014, at around 14:45, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim’s name influorial seat bus located near the bus stops located in Seocho-gu, Seoul; (b) taken a photograph of the cell phone camera which was in possession of the victim’s name in the bus located in the numberless seat bus located near the bus located in the 221st of Seocho-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.

5. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant found the Victim G (n, 32 years of age) who was an employee at the F main points located in the second floor of the building Heung-gu, Young-gu, G (n, 32 years of age) and taken the clothes, bucks, etc. of the Defendant by putting the cell phone camera in front of the victim’s bucks and bucks, etc.
