A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) around 18:50 on October 15, 2016, 2016, the Defendant was driving in the back seat of the E-si branch of the Sinsan-dong church located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, 46:30, the Defendant: (b) on the ground that the Victim D was driving the cab at the front of the Sinsan-dong church, which was driven by the victim D (58: 58); and (c) on the ground that the Victim D was driving the cab at the front of the Sinsan-dong church located in his residence

“In doing so, the victim’s face was taken over several times due to the victim’s left hand, and the victim’s face was unable to drive normally.

As a result, the part in front of the taxi driven by the victim D was driven by the victim F(56 tax) who was waiting for the signal at the front of the taxi in the front of the signal.

The Defendant continued to receive approximately 5 minutes of the Victim D when the victim D had lost the mind of the victim D, and the part of the cab that the victim D driven by the victim D was owned by the victim H(43) who was waiting for a signal signal at the front bank and owned by the victim H(43).

Because of its shock, the victim H's car was pushed down in the future and owned by the victim J(58) of the signal waiting at the front of the road, and received the rear part of the KH car.

Due to the shock, the victim J's car was pushed down in the future, and the back part of the M K7 passenger car owned by the signal signaled L in the front bank and the part of the O K5 passenger car owned by the victim N(31 tax).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victims, as shown in the attached Table 1 table of crime list 1, in which approximately two weeks of medical treatment are open to the victims D, and at the same time, damaged E-si, which is a transportation owned by the victim inside and outside of the victim corporation, by damaging 3,466,637 won and destroying E-si, which is a dangerous object, and destroying the victim's vehicle as in the attached Table 2 table of crime list of crimes.
