1. 3. Defendant A, C, and D’s attempted special larceny: (a) around 21:00 on April 2, 2013, the Defendants conspired to steal and divide precious metals from the gold bank located in Daegu at the sobry Ling 21:00; and (b) on April 8, 2013, the Defendants came to enter the Mystyna car, which was previously lent to be used for committing a crime, into Daegu and Daegu.

On April 8, 2013, at around 05:50 on April 8, 2013, the Defendants reported the network of Defendant A to the outside of the gold bank, and Defendant C opened the iron door so far as the steel door is cut down by hand, and Defendant C and D are located.
