1. The Defendants shall be punished by the following fines.

Defendant

A: 1.5 million won Defendant B: 2 million won Defendant C.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 14, 2012, Defendant A, B, C, and E: (a) gambling Defendants 17:00 to 22:00 on March 14, 2012, and (b) 507 of the “J hotel” as “J hotel I”, and (c) 2,000 won per store and 2,000 won per store and 50 occasions respectively.

2. On March 15, 2012, Defendant A, C, D, and E, at the same place from March 15, 2012 to 22:00 on March 15, 2012, the Defendants 2,000 won per unit, and approximately 50 ambling.

3. On March 16, 2012, Defendant A, B, C, D, and E 2:0 on the same place from March 16, 2012 to 22:00 on March 16, 2012, the Defendants 2,000 won per point and 50 hours thereafter called “high stop.”

4. On March 17, 2012, Defendant A, B, and E served for gambling at the same place from March 17, 2012 to 15:00 on March 17, 2012, and for about 2,000 won per point and for about 50 occasions, the Defendants served for gambling.

5. On March 17, 2012, Defendant B, D, E, F, G, and H’s gambling on the same place from March 17, 2012 to 20:00 on March 17, 2012, the Defendants 2,000 won per point and 50 short stop.
