Defendant
A, Defendant B, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant D, C
A. On June 1, 2014, from around 21:00 to June 2, 2014, the Defendants followed the following: (a) a person who first uses 51 satisf in the house located in the Sinyeong-si F from May 1, 2014 to June 2, 2014; (b) a person who first uses 51 satisf in the house located in the Sinyeong-si F; and (c) a person who satisf uses 80 times a satisf in the way that he pays satisf
B. On June 7, 2014, from around 21:00 to June 07:0, 2014, the Defendants, along with E, engaged in gambling, i.e., approximately 30 times in the same manner at the place of the above paragraph (a).
2. Defendant D, A
A. On June 22, 2014, from around 20:00 to June 23, 2014, the Defendants, along with E, used Chapter B’s house located in the Sinyeong-si F to 08:00 on the 7th day by using Chapter B, 51, and the Jin-si paid 2,000 won per point to the longer person.
B. On June 23, 2014, from around 08:00 to 20:00 of the same day, the Defendants, along with E, engaged in gambling in the Hda room located in Gyeongcheon-gun G in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, G in approximately 50 times in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).
C. On July 8, 2014, from around 08:00 on July 8, 2014 to around 07:00 on July 9, 2014, the Defendants, along with E, engaged in gambling, namely, “the suitability” of approximately 20 times in the same way as that of the said port in the same manner.
3. On July 10, 2014, from around 22:30 on July 10, 2014 to around 23:30 of the same day, Defendant D and the Defendants used Chapter 51, which was first 7, in Hda room located in Gyeongcheon-gun G in Gyeongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, and used a gambling that was called “patch” for about 40 times by paying 2,00 won per point to the longer person.
4. Defendant B
A. The Defendant, with knowledge of the fact that three persons, such as D, are gambling at the time, place, and place of Paragraph 1’s (a), provided that the Defendant provided the same and assisted the act of gambling in order to assist him/her.
