Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C chartered bus.

On April 15:50, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle, and proceeded along two lanes in front of the E-distance in Ansan-gu, Seosan-si with two-lanes from the upstream area to the coast.

Since the location is an intersection where signal, etc. with crosswalks are installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the crosswalks in accordance with the new subparagraph.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not check pedestrians who walk the crosswalk even though it was a red stop signal, and instead did not check pedestrians who walk the crosswalk, and received the victim F (70 years old) from the front part of the chartered bus as the front part according to pedestrian signals.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the 16-day emergency care for the victim due to the above occupational negligence.

The crime of this case is serious in the injury suffered by the victim due to the traffic accident of this case. The defendant committed the crime of this case by placing the victim with the crosswalk on the pedestrian signal by bus in violation of the signal, and the degree of violation of duty of care and negligence of the defendant is very large.
