A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on March 11, 2010, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act to the Daegu District Court on March 11, 2010, and on October 26, 2012, issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime to the same court on October 26, 2012, and had the record of driving drinking twice or more.

[Criminal facts] On April 22, 2017, the Defendant driven C C Cordo Track truck under the influence of alcohol content of 0.061% without obtaining a motor vehicle driver’s license from around 04:0,000 to around 10-4, Samsung-si, Samsung-si, Samsung-si, to around 10-4, Gyeongsan-si.

The Defendant also stated C Docoin’s bill of indictment as “C Roster,” but this appears to be “C Docoin”’s clerical error, and even if it is corrected without any amendment to the indictment, it does not seem that the Defendant’s exercise of the right of defense would be substantially disadvantaged. Therefore, ex officio correction is made.

On July 13, 2017, the owner of the cargo, driving the cargo vehicle, which was located in the 55-ro, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Daegu, 19:48, but is not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of apartment complex.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving of the freight vehicles listed in paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license at the date and place specified in paragraph (1).
