On May 5, 2015, at around 05:35, the Defendant driven B K7 vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 50 meters alcohol content 0.126% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of approximately 50 meters from the front side of “Luxembourg,” “Sechokenkener, Vibration Sea State,” located in Sungsi-gu, Sungwon-si, Busan, to the front side of the same Dong.
