The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) from around 18:00 on May 25, 2012 to around 10:30 on May 29, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened the entrance of D freight vehicles parked in the frontnam-gun, Jinan-gun; and (c) cut off the victim’s Samsung Card No. 1, bC card No. 1, bC card No. 1, and 100,000 won at the market price with the driver’s license.

2. Larceny, fraud, or violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;

A. On May 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) called Samsung Card Customer Center by phoneing to the Samsung Card Customer Center; and (b) discovered the password of Samsung Card in the name-free Samsung Card’s name, as described in the above paragraph (1), and discovered the passwords as indicated in the above paragraph (1); (c) entered the Defendant into the said card as a legitimate licensee; (d) entered the passwords, and then used the stolen credit card with a total of KRW 1 million cash service, and stolen cash owned by the Victim Samsung Card Company, respectively, on two occasions.

B. On May 27, 2012, the Defendant, at around 09:25, 09:10, 19,700 won in the “FE” located in Newannam-gun, Nannam-gun, issued a stolen Samsung Card to the victim G, an owner of the business, for the payment of the price, presented that the Defendant completed the stolen Samsung Card as if the Defendant was a legitimate user of the said Card, and then issued it to the victim and used the stolen credit card, and then acquired the stolen credit card from the victim after being 19,700 won in the market price.

C. On May 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had H, who is well aware of the fact, receive a warning of the market price of KRW 400,00,00 from the J located in G in G in G in G in Mpopoposi on May 27, 2012; and (b) completed C&T cards in the name of the owner of the business to K for the payment of the price.
