A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall sell agricultural and fishery products or the processed agricultural and fishery products bearing the indication of origin in disguised manner, sell, store or display them for sale, mixed with other agricultural and fishery products or the processed agricultural and fishery products

The manufacture of solid molds shall not add any substance other than a straw, which is contained in the raw material scrap, and the straws that are contained in the solid powder shall not be used separately only for those generated in the solid powder of a raw material, by adding a straw;

Nevertheless, on February 13, 2015, from around September 16, 2015 to around September 16, 2015, the Defendant manufactured and sold the red powder powder of KRW 57,924 km in China in a manner of cutting weight by adding 20 km in Korea, which is not included in the raw material drilling at each time when melting 650 km in China and China.
