A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while putting the victim B (the age of 34), who was dissatisfying with his religious mind, had the victim B (the age of 34), and had the victim detained him by threatening the victim.

1. At around 19:00 on May 1, 2019, the Defendant: “Around 19:00, the Defendant shall stop the victim from driving the vehicle “D” where the victim works in Thai-gun, Thai-gun, Thai-gun, leaving the entrance, leaving the entrance and exit of the victim, and leaving the entrance and exit of the victim’s cell phone number without confirmation.” On the same day, the Defendant stated, “I would like to find the inside of the company and to inform the male-child-child who would have contracted with the sexual disease, and inform the same to the male-child-child, I would like to do so.” At around 20:05, the Defendant sent the victim a front of the entrance, “I would like to do so, I would like to have the victim attend the entrance, make the victim unable to leave the entrance, she would not have his cell phone number opened with the victim’s cell phone number, she would see the victim’s cell phone number, and make the victim’s cell phone number known to the victim’s.”

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim for about two hours.

2. On May 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim would report to the police on the fact that the victim was detained in front of the Tae-gun, Taenam-gun Galan, Taenam-gun on the same day as that of paragraph (1); (b) subsequently, the victim injured the victim by putting her head debt on his/her hand; and (c) assaulted the victim’s face by drinking.
