Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2651] On July 25, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daejeon District Court on July 25, 2008, a fine of one million and five million won for the same offense in the same court on November 1, 2010, and a fine of two million won for the same offense in the same court on November 29, 2010, respectively.

On June 24, 2014, at around 22:50, the Defendant, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, driven a C Daelim 49c motorcycle at approximately 500 meters away from the front day of the Dobongamamoon cafeteria at Sejong Special Self-Governing City to the front day of the lower end of the same day, while drunk alcohol leveling 0.26% of alcohol level.

On July 22, 2014, at around 19:00 Sejong Special Self-Governing City, the Defendant driven a new character vehicle D while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.26% without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about 50 meters from the Do in front of the Dobongam Cancer Security Center to the road front of the same riffincam.
