A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 on September 16, 2013, the Defendant operated a DNA master motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.125% in the section of about 3km from the previous road of Sejong Special Self-Governing City to the front road of the same area as one of the agricultural cooperatives in the front of his/her dwelling area in Sejong Special Self-Governing City.
