A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 Highest 4034] On October 4, 2012, the Defendant, at around 03:30 on October 4, 2012, arrested the unpaid fine in the D District belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and thereafter, the patrol vehicle runs away from the patrol vehicle to the criminal system of the Gangseo Police Station, but the Defendant was arrested to the next slope E.

At around 04:15 on October 4, 2012, the Defendant sent a warning that “I am well-known by police officers, and why I am escape” within the D Zone E, and threatened I am by saying, “I am know how I am a police officer’s ambling, I am ambling, I am ambling, I am am ambling, I am am ambling, I am ambling, I am ambling, I am ambling, I am ambling, I am ambling, I am.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to global guard service.

1. Around August 2011, the Defendant: (a) visited on November 25, 201, the Seodaemun-gu Police Station G District in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of having F take criminal punishment as to whether he/she was aware of at least three weeks of the Internet club; and (b) on November 25, 201, the Defendant visited F to the Seodaemun-gu Police Station G District in order to have F take part in the Internet club; and (c) on November 25, 201, the Defendant was sent to F and the club first at the same time; and (d) there was no fact that F had taken part in the Internet club on November 25, 201; and (e) even though F did not have stolen the Defendant’s wall at the motherel, the Defendant took part in F at the age club in Seoul, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, with a credit card 170,000 won, cash, etc., which was stolen from the Defendant’s wall.

A false statement to the effect that "the punishment is changed as prescribed by the law" was prepared and submitted to and reported to police officers in the name of the said G District, and F was rejected.

2. The Defendant violating the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. shall use his/her cell phone at a place unclaimed in September 21, 201.
