The Defendant, at around 01:20 on November 30, 2012, driven B vehicle between approximately 400 meters from the road in front of the southannam Station in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the road front of the 465 Earban Annban Annban in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.16% (the result of blood collection appraisal) around 01:20.
