1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance and the part concerning the plaintiffs (appointed parties) and the designated parties in the attached Form 1 are as follows.

The defendant entered into a security service contract with the United States of America around August 2006, and provided security services to USF units from September 1, 2006 to November 30, 201 under the above contract.

From 2006 to 2011, the Plaintiffs entered the Defendant and carried out security duties as the members of the U.S. military unit located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Busan Metropolitan City, Do, Dongbcheon-si, Gu, Dong-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Gunsan-si, and Posi, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “duty column” in the attached Table 1’s list) or the head of the service division (which constitutes the Plaintiffs listed as the “head of the division” in the “Duty column” in the attached Table 1’s list) or the above Plaintiffs constituted the Plaintiffs listed as the “head of the division; hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff head of the division”).

There are some plaintiffs who change the position from the members to the chief or from the chief to the members during the service period.

Since September 2006, the Plaintiffs entered into an employment contract with the Defendant on a yearly basis.

Plaintiff

The main contents of the employment contract concluded between the head of a department and the defendant from 2008 to 2011 (hereinafter referred to as "head of a department employment contract") are as follows:

(1) The total annual salary amount: 20,808,000 won (based on the employment contract of Plaintiff B in 2008) (based on the employment contract of Plaintiff B in 2008) for regular employees (in the event that a security service contract between the Defendant and the U.S. Armed Forces is terminated or terminated, the employment contract between the Defendant and the Plaintiff Department shall be automatically terminated):

The national holiday allowance of basic pay - the annual holiday allowance of the national holiday allowance of 838,359,157,193,42,871,634,190,536 won 457,407,407,534,00 won - The monthly amount of the annual salary shall be 12 equal to the annual salary and an amount equivalent to 1/12.

- The above salary table shall be drawn up on the basis of an average of 240 hours per month.
