2. The assertion and judgment

A. 1) With respect to the first argument of the parties, the plaintiff defendant, together with D (hereinafter "the defendant, etc.") and the third party who entered into the contract for the interior interior interior design contract with the plaintiff, ordered the third party to cancel the contract for the construction with the plaintiff, and divided the construction work into two parts without delivering it to the plaintiff. Such acts by the defendant, etc. constitute joint tort in relation with the plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant asserts that the plaintiff's construction cost of KRW 10,360,00 and the construction cost of KRW 4,940,00 received from a third party under the construction contract revoked as compensation for damages is KRW 5,590,000, but it appears that this is due to mistake.
