The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 45,843,881 and KRW 41,045,343 per annum from January 1, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
Basic Facts
From June 27, 2013 to December 31, 2017, the Plaintiff set the interest rate of 2.5% per month and lent KRW 47,237,69 in total by account transfer as stated in the following transaction statement. The Defendant paid KRW 54,94,00 in total to the Plaintiff from November 15, 2014 to December 13, 2017 as indicated in the “amount paid” column in the same table. The Plaintiff’s payment of KRW 1,464,719, and KRW 1,724,780 on behalf of the Defendant around September 8, 2017 is not disputed between the parties concerned, or the purport of the entire evidence under subparagraph 1 is recognized by comprehensively taking into account the following evidence:
