The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is between the victim B (the age of 26) and the married couple.

On April 23, 2019, around 18:30 on 18:30, the Defendant was able to have the face of the victim due to her child care problems, etc. while he/she was in the dwelling of the Defendant at the Mapopo-si C apartment D.

2. Determination:

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On May 12, 2020, after the institution of the instant indictment, a written agreement containing the victim’s intention not to punish the victim was submitted, and the victim’s authenticity is confirmed.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
