The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 17, 2019, around 05:40 on August 17, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (inn, 22 years of age) who had drinking together with the Defendant’s former female job offers D, on the ground that the victim E (inn, 22 years of age) who had drinking together with the Defendant’s former female job offers was bad to the Defendant, by cutting the back of the victim’s back on his hand and cutting it over to the bottom.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. After the prosecution of this case, a written agreement indicating the victim's intention not to punish the victim is submitted.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
