1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd.: 252,182,738 won and 32,963,438 won among them, from December 29, 195.

Facts of recognition

A. The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund filed a lawsuit against Defendant A and the Network C with the Seoul Central District Court 2008Da380383, Mar. 31, 2009 against the claim for indemnity and other claims. The above court rendered a final judgment of 252,182,738 won jointly and severally, and 32,963,438 won from December 29, 1995 to 13,092,903 won from November 29, 195 to 84,842,652 won from December 5, 1995 to February 15, 1998, and from February 25, 2009 to February 4, 2009 to 32,963,92,903 won, each of the above judgment was determined to be paid with 17% interest per annum from the following day to 20% interest per annum.

B. After that, the Korea Technology Finance Corporation transferred the foregoing claim to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant claim”), and notified Defendant A of the transfer of the said claim at that time.

C. The deceased C died on or around December 5, 2013. On February 4, 2014, the Defendant, the heir of the deceased C, reported to the Seoul Family Court 2014-Ma1062, and received a judgment to accept it from the above court on April 23, 2014.

[Ground of recognition] Facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1, and the purport of the whole pleadings, but the above facts are as follows: The plaintiff who acquired the claim of this case; the defendant corporation shall have 252,182,738 won and 32,963,438 won as to December 29, 1995; the defendant corporation shall have 84,842,652 won from November 29, 195 to December 5, 1995; the defendant corporation shall have 17% per annum from December 5, 1995 to February 15, 198; 25% per annum from February 16, 1998 to February 4, 209 to 305; and the plaintiff shall have 35% per annum from February 16, 209 to 305; and 34% per annum from May 15, 2015 to 205.
