1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 290,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 30, 2013 to the date of full payment.

The summary of the cause of the claim: (a) on January 18, 2013, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant (on January 20, 2014), KRW 120,000,000 on February 5, 2013; (b) on March 26, 2013; and (c) on March 10, 2013, KRW 290,000,000 on the monthly interest rate of KRW 10,000,000, KRW 200,000 on March 29, 200, KRW 200,000 on the monthly interest rate of KRW 20,000, KRW 300,000, KRW 205,000 on the monthly interest rate of KRW 20,000, KRW 300,000 on the monthly loan, and each of the above interest rate of KRW 2015,015,015,015.
