Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by this court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 4, 2015.

At around 18:50 on October 5, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim D (Nam, 59 years of age) who is the father station of the subway station in the subway history in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the ground that the management of the subway history was neglected, while there are several citizens, the Defendant took a bath in a large voice, such as “ging, gring, chewing,” and “hing, gring, and gring.”
