A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 15:02, the Defendant: (b) on the platform of the Seoul Station subway No. 1, which was operated by the injured party Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central District 2, the Defendant: (c) around 122 under the ground that the injured party 122 under the ground of underground, would be able to divided into red colors; (d) on the ground that the fire extinguisher No. 7-4, which was placed on the platform number 7-4, was extracted from the platform; and (e) extracted the fire extinguisher’s safety pins from the platform to the end of fire extinguishing for about 10 seconds; and (e) allowed passengers to use the subway normally for about 2 hours, such as taking off the platform so that passengers may misunderstanding it as a fire.

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, has interfered with the management of the history of subway stations, such as the maintenance of the victim's fire-fighting systems, and has damaged the utility of the fire extinguishers by means of extinguishing the unsatisfing fire extinguishing in the market price.

2. On August 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:02, at the end station platforms of subway 1 lines operated by the injured party in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu Seoul, for the same reasons as that of the preceding paragraph, extracted the safety pins of fire extinguisherss located on the platform number 10-4, and divided the fire extinguishers into about 10 seconds for the same reasons as that of the preceding paragraph; and (b) opened the platform, the Defendant covered the platform by the fire extinguishing for about 10 seconds, and prevented passengers from using the subway normally for about 2 hours.

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, has interfered with the management of the history of subway stations, such as the maintenance of the victim's fire-fighting systems, and has damaged the utility of the fire extinguishers by means of extinguishing the unsatisfing fire extinguishing in the market price.
