Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle B by self-drawing.

On October 22, 2014, at around 20:30, a person driving a 1.2 km of alcohol on the ground of the entrance of the park tunnel located in the central east-gu of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, to the front side of the entrance of the park tunnel located in the same city, at the street of the park tunnel located in the same city at the center of Sungnam-gu.
