Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

The defendant shall be KRW 28,140,000, out of the amount of money obtained by deception to the applicant C.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 1193, hereinafter “1193”)

1. Around October 2012, the Defendant: (a) 2012.10, the victim D, who was aware of the Victim D in the Scapt “Scrate” (hereinafter “Scarate”); (b) 23 years of age, he/she saw himself/herself as a vice-level son, including that he/she is going through a company’s external club and operates an electronic computer department at Korea University; and (c) was married with the victim; (d) he/she saw her as having married with the victim, he/she did not go back with the house at present; and (e) had no money at present, demanded the victim to receive money on various occasions.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay money from the victim as well as the victim did not have any intention or ability to pay the money.

Nevertheless, on January 22, 2013, the Defendant, at a non-permanent place on January 22, 2013, Kakao Stockholm to pay to the employees.

The loan made a false statement stating that the principal shall be repaid with interest and principal. It received KRW 13,00,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative account (E) in the name of the Defendant from the injured party, from that time until March 25, 2013, and received KRW 32,945,000 in total over 18 times in the same manner as the crime list (D).

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On October 2012, the Defendant: (a) 2012. On the part of the Victim C, the Defendant got aware of the Victim C (or 23 years old); (b) her son was operating Samsung’s son’s computer department, accompanied by the Defendant’s marriage with the Victim C; and (c) her fluencing with the Victim C, her fluencing her marriage with the Victim; and (d) her flucing with the Defendant, he/she had no money at home and received money from the Victim on various occasions.
