A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
On March 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court for fraud, and on August 14, 2012, the Defendant was released on August 14, 2012 during the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Detention House, and the same year.

1.
