1. As to KRW 40,292,267 and KRW 40,00,00 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from August 26, 2015 to October 21, 2015.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) Since 2005, the Defendant has been granted a loan at a high interest rate of 39% per annum from the lending company. As the interest accrued from time to time was added to the principal, the Defendant had to pay KRW 96 million per month and KRW 2.5 million per month on September 2013.
