A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased the DE and Mana, (b) 301 through 309 of the Ftel, (c) 30304 of the Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; (b) 302309 of the Ftel; and (c) 305 through 308 of the Defendant used the Ftel as a place of business, and (c) 301 of the Defendant intended to engage in an arrangement of commercial sex by attracting sexual buyers to many and unspecified persons by providing a mobile phone advertisement to the general office that manages the overall business.

The Defendant recruited and supplied Thai women in Thailand who will engage in sexual traffic by entering the Republic of Korea, by providing DE with business information, method, etc., and D, around July 16, 2013, concluded a lease contract for officetels in its own name and controlled by entering into the whole name, and E, via two cellular phones to be used by himself and the Defendant, opened the two cellular phones to be used by him and the Defendant, and set the Defendant’s business to substitute for the Defendant.

From July 2013 to April 23:30, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with DE, employed female women who have been recruited by him/her in Ftel, and had them reside in No. 302 through 308, and sent text messages to induce sexual traffic to many unspecified customers who have been stored in a mobile phone for business purpose, and sent them to an officetel, and the Defendant, upon receiving the difference between DE and DE, sent text messages to induce sexual traffic to a large number of unspecified customers who have been contacted, and received 110,00 to 130,000 won per person in cash, received them to guide them to the room, and had them do any similar act, such as inducing sexual intercourse with female women who are travelling in commercial sex acts, or f0,000 won per person per person, and the Defendant, upon receiving the difference between DE and the Defendant, received the difference in terms of brokerage fees, and the amount equivalent to 25,501,51,500,510
