[Basic Facts] Defendant A employed a female of Thailand nationality who does not have a legitimate status of sojourn for job-seeking activities by leasing Busan Shipping Daegu D Officetel E and F (one name: G) and operated a commercial sex business establishment which is pretended to be a place for sexual traffic, providing a place for sexual traffic, managing profits, and women of the said Thailand nationality by using the Internet car page "I" linked to "H (H)" which is an Internet entertainment site in Busan.

B From among the commercial sex acts businesses operated by Defendant A around July 2018, he/she is a person who provides a place for commercial sex acts, provides a place for commercial sex acts, manages profits, and manages women of the above Thailand with the trade name of "S" while taking over 165 million won from 14th women of Thailand who did not have a legitimate status of stay in the work in Busan-gu Jtel-gu P, L, M (one-day name) and Otel P, Q (R) of Busan-gu, and one mobile phone with which the contact number of the verified customers is stored.
