A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized articles 1 through 8, 10, 15 and 25 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who receives personal information from a personal information manager of a third party shall provide a third party with such personal information, except as otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts and subordinate statutes with the consent of the subject of information;

2. No person who has managed or processed any personal information divulged shall divulge any third person's personal information without due authority;

From around December 2, 2013 to around March 2014, the Defendant received the proposal of G, etc. under the above paragraph (1) and operated a private sports soil site under the above paragraph (1) with G, etc., and was in charge of membership and management of member information.

During that period, the defendant is a member managed by himself.
