A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 201 to April 2013, Co-Defendant D and Co-Defendant D (Separate Declaration of April 24, 2014) violated the Game Industry Promotion Act, and Co-Defendant D and E (Separate Declaration of April 24, 2014) installed 45 types of game software fishing machine in the “G Gameland,” located in the north-gu, Sinpo-si, from the end of November 2012 to the beginning of April 2013, 2013, and exchanged the item card acquired by customers by inserting cash in the said game machine for KRW 9,000 per sheet. In order to exchange the item card acquired by customers by inserting cash in the said game machine to the said D, they received an item card from the customers with money from them and deliver it to them, while managing the entire game machine, received money from those customers with no name, and collected money from the game machine with the Defendant and the said E card without inserting it in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant exchanged the result obtained through the use of game products in collusion with the above D and E.

2. On May 2013, the Defendant in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act and Co-Defendant D, E, and Co-Defendant H (Separate Declaration, April 24, 2014) installed 45 game machine in the “G Gameland,” located in the north-gu in the port of port from May 10, 2013 to May 11, 2013, with the installation of 5 game machine in the “G Gameland,” and with the acquisition of an item card by the customers by inserting cash in the above game machine, in exchange for KRW 9,000 per head, the said H collected an item card from the customers and delivered it to the customers with money, while managing the entire game book, and the said D received an item card from the above H and received money from the customers, and the Defendant and the above E game product were stored in the game machine and collected cash without using the said item card.

Accordingly, the Defendant exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products in collusion with the above D, H, and E.
