1. relation to “L”
A. Defendant C and Defendant D are the owners of “L” on the first floor of the Daejeon-dong M, Daejeon, and Defendant D is the persons in charge of the management of the above game, and Defendant D are those who exchange an item card in cash from the game machine installed in the above game room. The Defendants conspired with the above game room on January 25, 2012, and installed 70 game machine “refratt fishing” in the above game room.
