1. The Defendant’s KRW 216,50,000 as well as 6% per annum from June 16, 2016 to November 28, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a company aimed at analyzing the feasibility of a building project, evaluating the master plan, urban and complex planning, construction design, etc., and the defendant is a company engaged in housing supply business, housing construction business, civil engineering and construction business, etc.

B. On March 7, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a design service contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant on the apartment housing construction project (hereinafter “instant construction project”) on the land of Gangseo-si, 298-1 and one parcel (hereinafter “instant project”). The main contents are as follows.

Design Service Amount: 75,00,000 won (C2,000 won/p. 32,000 won/p.) at the time of the conclusion of a design contract for the rate of 40,50,000 won for the payment of 5.3% project approval, 226,50,000 won at the time of the completion of the project approval of 30% project, 34.7% of the total delivery of construction books 18,750,00 won at 25% of the total delivery of construction books at 188,750,750,000 won at the time of completion of the usage inspection for books, the period from the date of execution of the design service work to the date of completion of the inspection for the completion of the usage inspection under Article 2 of the 37,75,000,000 won for the total payment of 55,000

Article 3(1) Scope of Services to be commissioned by the Defendant to the Plaintiff is as follows: (1) Basic design (construction, structure, machinery, electricity, fire fighting, civil engineering, landscaping)

(a) Analysis of the current status of site, formulation of concepts of design, legal analysis, and schedule plan;

(2) Working design (construction, structure, machinery, electricity, fire fighting, civil engineering, landscaping).

(a) A plan for placement, plane, cubic surface, cross-section, facility map, and design of auxiliary facilities;

(b) Design drawings for the related facilities prescribed by the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes;

(c) Affairs of surveying the current status of civil engineering fields necessary for architectural design;

(d) Preparation of design drawings and support for authorization and permission affairs necessary for building permission. (3) Preparation of books for the commencement report. (4) Support for the construction sector similar thereto, such as district unit planning and impact assessment, etc., and survey of current status, amount of services and method of payment under Article 5 of environment-friendly certification 1) Services costs shall be paid by applying the total floor area (75,00,000 won) to the total floor area (23,599);
