1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person established for the purpose of building design and related service business, and the Defendant is an urban environmental improvement project association established on April 13, 2009 with authorization from the head of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments (hereinafter “Act”) to implement a housing redevelopment improvement project in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, with the establishment of an association registered by the head of Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and the establishment of the Urban Environmental Improvement Project Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”) which is the Defendant’s overall transfer is an organization established for the establishment of the Defendant.

Article 2 (Period of Service) The period of performing design service shall be from the date when the contract is concluded to the time when the application for the inspection for use is filed (including approval for temporary use).

Article 3 (Scope of Services) The scope of services provided by the Plaintiff to the Promotion Committee shall be as follows:

1. Building design;

(a) planning design - on-site investigation - review of the outline and scale of the building plan - complex planning;

(b)Intermediate design - arrangement, flat (including unit households), cubic surface, cross-section - structure, electricity, facility planning and account statement - books for project implementation approval - all necessary design drawings and specifications for project approval (authorization for project implementation and building permission) and authorization;

(c)Working design - Construction, structure, electricity, installation, civil engineering and landscape architecture drawings - design drawings for facilities specified in laws and regulations relating to housing projects - (a).
